Wynyard Quarter, our flagship bakery and brunch destination

Our Wynyard Quarter store is our flagship café, home to our main kitchen, and where many first discover us while searching for a bakery or brunch in Auckland CBD.

With plenty of room to settle in, it’s a great spot to sit down for brunch, meet someone for coffee, or just pop in for a pastry on your way to work. The cabinet is full, the coffee machine is busy, and the menu has options for everyone. It’s also where our corporate catering orders are prepared, so it’s perfectly placed for offices, city teams, and anyone organising a meeting or event.

Mount Eden, where mibo first found its community

Before Wynyard Quarter and Milford, this was the store where early favourites like the cinnamon cruffin and pistachio croissant earned us a name for being the bakery that was willing to experiment with flavours. 

Today, our Mount Eden bakery still has that original neighbourly feeling. The space may be smaller, but it’s the kind of place where we know many of our customers by name. Pop in for a takeaway pastry, a coffee to start your day, or a catch-up over something from the counter. 

Milford mibo, for the Shore community

Opening in Milford was a natural move for us as so many of our customers and team call the Shore home.

Our Milford bakery is all about community and convenience. Pick up a coffee as you’re passing through, meet a friend for matcha, pick up pastries for later, or treat yourself to brunch when you’ve got more time to spare.
