FAQs
1. How do I place a catering order?
To place an order, simply fill out the enquiry form above or email us directly at hello@mibo.co.nz. Please include any important details, such as your events type and size, dietary requirements, and if you would prefer delivery or pick up. Our team will get back to you via email to confirm your order!
2. How much notice do you require?
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all catering orders to ensure quality and availability.
3. Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer both delivery and pick-up options – Delivery fees may apply depending on the distance from our stores. Please include your preference and, if applicable, the location for your delivery when submitting your enquiry.
4. How does pick up work?
If you choose to pick up your order, please let us know which MIBO location is closest or most convenient for you. We can work around your schedule to confirm a time for you to collect your order!
5. Can you cater to dietary requirements?
Absolutely – We offer a range of vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free, and gluten-free options. We are happy to accommodate any other dietary needs where possible!
6. Is there a minimum order value?
We cater for all group sizes, from small team meetings to large corporate events, parties, and weddings.
7. Are you able to create a custom menu for my event?
Yes, we can. If you can't decide or the pre-existing menus don’t quite suit your needs, let us know your event size & budget and we can pick out a personalised menu for you.
8. What boxes do the orders come in? Do you offer custom packaging?
All of our orders are packaged in our MIBO catering boxes, and we are unable to create customised packaging for you. However, if you wish to supply your own packaging, stickers, or additional decorations, we would be happy to pack your order with these!
9. What types of events do you cater for?
We can cater for a wide range of events including corporate meetings, morning & afternoon teas, and private parties such as weddings, Hen & Dos, baby showers, and other celebrations of life.
10. I don’t see my event type listed above… Can you still help me?
Of course. In your enquiry form, please let us know what type of event you are hosting and we can figure out a plan together – we can make it work for almost anything!
