mibo is a collection of artisanal bakeries that came to be through a passion for baking, and a desire to create novel pastries. Today, we have found home in three locations across Auckland, each serving you our beloved innovative flavours, speciality coffee, and local-favourite brunches.
Our love lies in creating different takes on traditional pastries, combining their classic flavours with Asian influences. Within our walls, the goal of our spaces has always remained the same. We work to offer the chance for every visitor to re-charge their body, reset their mind, and re-imagine what they thought baked goods can be.
Beyond our bespoke food, mibo is a space for all to connect, enjoy, and experience. As we have grown, that has never changed. Whether you meet mibo in Wynyard Quarter, Mount Eden, Milford, or through a catering order, you will always be met with a breath of fresh air in between bites of delicious flavours.

It all started with a passion for quality ingredients, specialty coffee, and innovative flavors in the heart of Mt Eden. The warm response from our community inspired us to grow, leading us to open our flagship bakery in Wynyard Quarter and followed by a store in Milford. Each mibo location is designed to be your go-to spot, whether you’re dropping in for a quick moment or staying a while to connect with the community.
Our latest venture is into the world of catering – another way for us to focus on our point of difference, and continue to allow food to bring us together.
