At MIBO, pastry comes first.

 

As an artisan bakery in Auckland, we’re known for our curious yet deliberate flavour combinations that stay with you long after the last bite. Whether you pop into one of our cafés or discover us through catering, you’ll recognise the same attention to detail in preparation and presentation.

 

Some customers arrive with their order locked and loaded, others scan the counter for whatever’s new. Either way, the aim is the same, to serve pastries Auckland locals talk about and keep coming back for.

Part of what keeps MIBO interesting is movement. Our seasonal pastries in Auckland reflect what’s available and what’s worth waiting for, whether that’s fruit at its peak or flavours that suit the season. Some items are so popular that they become regulars on our rotation, while others are limited runs, so you have to be quick if you want to try them.
